A PMO to establish or lead. I create the controls, reporting and decision rhythm leaders need to act.
A programme plan to build or assure. I build an integrated plan that surfaces risks, clashes and dependencies early - and that sponsors and delivery teams can use and trust.

I build and run the controls that complex programmes depend on: integrated plans, dependency and critical-path management, and reporting that sponsors can act on. On the winning Ministry of Defence bid, my tooling linked MS Project to client-facing Plan-on-a-Page graphics, so the team could test scenarios and re-plan live in negotiation. Security clearance is sponsor-held, re-activatable on engagement.
